We just arrived back from our disney vacation, on our trip my husband become ill and we were not able to use 5 of our park tickets. Wondering if it is possible to use the "no expiration option" now and if so how do I go about doing so. Thanks

    Hi Michelle!

I'm so sorry to hear that your husband became ill during your Walt Disney World vacation. I hope he was able to enjoy some Magic either prior to becoming unwell or once he was feeling better.

Ticket upgrades or changes must usually be done in person at the theme parks' Guest Relations desks, with presentation of the physical tickets. The first day of usage of your ticket has to have been less than 14 days ago and there must be at least 1 day of park admittance still remaining on each ticket.

I've just called Ticketing and inquired on your behalf explaining your circumstances. Although I cannot see what state or province you are writing from, I'm assuming you've now traveled home and are not able to visit the Walt Disney World Resort in person at this time? My very best advice to you would be to do the following, provided that your first day of usage of your tickets was less than 14 days ago:

Call the Walt Disney World Ticket Services Department at (407) 566-4985 and select Option 5 when the messages and prompts come on. Speak to a Cast Member there and advise them of what had happened during your stay and that you'd like to be able to pay the additional fee to make your tickets Non-Expiring so that you can re-gain those unused days for a future vacation. Be sure to have your Key To The World Cards or Park Tickets handy at the time of your call. If there is anything they are able to do to assist you, you may need to scan and email or fax your tickets in, or even send them my courier or mail in to be processed or replaced.

Under most circumstances, this cannot be done after departure from Walt Disney World, however the Cast Member I just spoke with with as hopeful for you as I am, that perhaps there will be something they can do for you.

If you require additional information, please don't hesitate to contact me again Michelle.
    Wishing you a Magical day!
