    We arrive at the Wilderness Lodge on November 30th. Our flight is early, and we will most likely arrive at the resort by 10 am, can we ask to have our carry on luggage stored so we can go on to the parks? I understand our room will not be ready until 3pm.

    Hi Steven, 

    Absolutely! You can simply ask Bell Services to store your bags for you until you return later that afternoon / evening. In fact, you can take care of the check-in process when you arrive at 10 am. Be sure to provide the Cast Member with your cell phone number. Once the room is ready, they will text you with the room number. At the end of the day when you are ready to head back to the Wilderness Lodge, you can head straight up to your room. Your MagicBand will serve as your room key and you can just tap it on the door to get in. Just give Bell Services a call from your room and request that they bring your luggage and carry-on bags up to you at that time. 

    You made a great choice for your resort! Disney's Wilderness Lodge is one of my favorites. It is absolutely stunning and the close proximity to the Magic Kingdom Park is wonderful. I love starting and ending the day with a relaxing boat ride.
