    We arrive from the UK in August. Can we order our Magic Bands before we arrive? If so, how do we do this and when?

You chose a fantastic time to visit, Anne - excitement lies around every corner with new attractions and offerings for 2023! (Which will you ride first: Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind or TRON Lightcycle / Run?) I'm sure that you're counting down the days until your holiday at The Most Magical Place on Earth, and I'm happy to assist you as you plan for a memorable getaway!

    Anne, Guests visiting from the UK are not able to order Disney bands for pre-arrival through the Walt Disney World Resort website at this time. However, if you'd like to purchase Disney bands ahead of your trip, you are welcome to order them from shopDisney and they'll ship to your home address. You could also purchase Disney bands once you arrive at the Walt Disney World Resort if you prefer. They're available for purchase at most retail locations within the theme parks, at the Disney Resort hotels, and at Disney Springs! Once you secure your Disney band, be sure to link it to your Disney account in My Disney Experience. To link a Disney band, navigate to "My MagicBands and Cards" and scroll down to "Link a MagicBand," then select "Link." Next, follow the prompts to link your Disney band and assign it to your Disney account.

    Apart from Disney bands, you have several options to access the magic on your upcoming visit! I recommend downloading the My Disney Experience mobile app ahead of your holiday and setting up Disney MagicMobile service. This service functions similarly to Disney bands and allows Guests to enter the theme parks (with valid theme park admission and reservations), link Disney PhotoPass images to their Disney accounts, and charge purchases to their Disney Resort hotel folios. If you'd prefer to have a physical card linked to your account for use during your visit, simply visit a Guest Relations location for assistance.
