    Arrive 11/17/12, staying @ AOA. As a resort guest, it is said that we are given a $15 voucher for Planet Hollywood. Can you explain what this can be used for. Have ADR for 11/17/12 @ 11 am. What time should we leave AOA and best way to get there?

    Hi Felicia!

    I love Planet Hollywood!  The L.A. Lasagna is my favorite entree there.  The $15 voucher you will get is good towards food and non-alcoholic beverages.  You cannot use this voucher with any other discounts you may have for the restaurant. 

    If you are driving, I suggest you leave about 45 minutes early.  That will give you time to navigate your way there and park.  If you get there early, you can walk around the area.  There are gorgeous views on the water.

    If you are relying on Disney transportation, leave at least an hour early.  The bus drop-off is relatively close to Planet Hollywood, so you won't need to walk much when you get dropped off.
