    When we arrive my son will be 9 but turning 10 while we are there. How will that affect things as far as the Disney dining and room reservation?

    Hi Dana! I am sure your son is very excited to be planning a big birthday while at Walt Disney World. It is simply the most magical place to feel special for that important day.

    Although your son will be ten mid stream of the vacation he will be recognized for the age he is at the beginning of the trip. It will not affect anything during your time there so enjoy those few days of grace when he squeezes under the big jump in ticket pricing and other categories. Disney understands that many families choose birthday vacations for their children.

    Have a wonderful time and don't forget to pick up a birthday button at a Guest Relations location so everyone can wish your son the Happiest of Birthdays possible.
