We arrive in Sept and are staying at the Caribbean beach resort, we would like to make a small request for a room, is this possible and where do I go to request?

Hi Ian! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort holds a special place in my Disney heart because it was the first Disney Resort hotel that we stayed at as a family! I love the island atmosphere, the splashtacular pool and children’s splash area and, of course, the tropical vibe. Depending on your room request, I would suggest calling a friendly Cast Member, or your travel agent to have the request added to your reservation. You can also make some requests, in terms of room location, when you complete the Online Check-In. Keep in mind that these are only requests and not guarantees.

As you are probably aware, your Disney Resort hotel is currently undergoing a makeover by the Fairy Godmother herself! No need to rush away to your pumpkin carriage, the team over at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort has certainly gone above and beyond to provide exceptional service that it is known for during this refurbishment. From new and exciting Food Trucks, delicious buffet meals, and Island Markets throughout the Disney Resort hotel, you are totally taken care of!

I hope you have a magical vacation and come visit us again soon!
