Hey there, Allyson! Thanks for stopping by with such a great question!
My goodness, with a stay at Disney's Boardwalk Inn AND dinner at Story Book Dining at Artist Point with Snow White, it sounds like your vacation is going to be as fantastic as can be! Three cheers to you for making such awesome plans for your family! I mean, dinner in an enchanted forest with Snow White and her friends, how cool is that?! Is there any room for one more at your table, because I'm a little jealous?
In my opinion, Disney's Boardwalk Inn is one of the absolute best places to stay at Walt Disney World. Not only is it stunning, with fantastic views of Crescent Lake, but its central location between EPCOT and Disney's Hollywood Studios makes transportation a breeze! So, Allyson, there are a few options on how to get from Disney's Boardwalk Inn to your Advanced Dining Reservation at Disney's Wilderness Lodge.
- There is a convenient walking path from Disney's Boardwalk Inn to Disney's Hollywood Studios called the Epcot Resorts-Hollywood Studios Connector. This 15-20 minutes will take you right to the Hollywood Studios bus station, where you can hop on the bus to Disney's Wilderness Lodge to head to your dinner. Be sure you allow yourself about 50-60 minutes for this trip.
- My favorite route would be to take the bus from Disney's Boardwalk Inn over to Magic Kingdom. From there, you can head over to the Resort Launches, hop on the water taxi to Disney's Wilderness Lodge, and you have arrived! These boat rides are so much more than a way to get from Point A to Point B. They offer stunning views of Seven Seas Lagoon and a fantastic way to check out some of Walt Disney World's most spectacular resorts from a distance. Of course, you'll want to take it all in, so I would definitely recommend giving yourself about an hour should you decide to take this route.
- Perhaps the fastest way to get from Disney's Boardwalk Inn to your dinner at Disney's Wilderness Lodge would be to use a ride share service, like Lyft. You can head to the main entrance of your hotel, set your destination as Disney's Wilderness Lodge, and order your car. At most times, you can get a ride within just a few short minutes, and the ride would take about 10-15 minutes. So, if you are pressed for time, this would be your best bet. Of course, there is a cost associated with using a ride share service vs. the two other options I proposed, which are complimentary.
You know what they say, Allyson; it's not the destination, it's the journey. So, why not take the scenic route? No matter which path you take, you'll be on your way to enjoy a fantastic meal that your family won't soon forget! Just make sure you don't take any suspicious-looking apples from The Evil Queen herself!
Wishing you the most magical vacation, Allyson!
Until next time,
Diana
