Hi I arrive at saratoga springs in 2 days time and have heard i can check in online but have looked everywhere and cant seems to work out how to do it?

    Hi Toni,

Welcome to the Moms Panel!  We're glad you're hEAR!

I am a big fan of Disney's Online Check-in Service - its so easy and makes the check in process super fast once you arrive. Saving time upon arrival can be a HUGE advantage depending on what you've got going on the day you arrive.

On the Disney World Resort homepage, you'll see "My Disney Vacation" next to the small orange suitcase icon near the top left side. Click "Online Check In". You will need your confirmation number and it only takes a few minutes to complete the information.

When you arrive at your resort, there will be a separate line for Guests who did their check-in online (look for the signs). The person whose name is on the reservation will have to present his or her photo ID. They will give your welcome package with your Key to the World Cards and resort information and you're good to go.

I think you'll find Disney's Online Check-In Service very convenient and much appreciated if you've had a long day of traveling because it gets you to your room faster and lets the magic begin.

If for some reason you are unable to complete the online check-in process, you can check in once you arrive so don't panic if you can't. Its a time saver but isn't a requirement.

Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison
