    Hello! If you arrive at your resort before your room is ready, can you use the club level? On the day of check out can you continue to use the club level that same day? Thank you

    Hi Jennifer, and Welcome planDisney! I'm so glad you found us and this is a great question! I'm happy to help.

    I have been very fortunate to enjoy the Club Level experience at some of the Disney Resorts Collection Hotels! You will be able to enjoy all of the magical amenities of Club Level on both your arrival and departure days! The first time my family had a Club Level stay at Disney's Yacht Club Resort, our room wasn't ready, however, bell services took care of our luggage and we were escorted up to Club Level. We were introduced to the Cast Members at the Club Level Concierge desk, where we received a warm welcome and were offered beverages. A Cast Member showed us around the Club Level lounge and we were given a schedule of the food and beverage offerings throughout the day. On our departure date, we were able to enjoy the use of the Club Level lounge into the evening before our airport transportation arrived. 

    Having experienced Club Level now a few times, I have a couple of tips I hope you will find helpful! First and foremost, plan to spend as much time at the resort as your schedule allows for so you can enjoy the Club Level experience! Our family loved having breakfast just down the hall from our room before heading out to the theme parks. On our theme park days, we came back to our resort and took a break. It was so nice to refresh and enjoy hors d'oeuvres before heading back out for the evening! If you have a pool day planned, it's also convenient and nice to enjoy the lounge. Another tip I have for you is to plan to have MagicBands. In order to access the floor from the elevator for Club Level, you will need to scan a MagicBand or your resort room key card. We found it to be so easy to have our Magic Band handy on our wrist to scan for access. Depending upon your arrival, you might even be able to get the new MagicBand+!
