If you arrive at your resort prior to the check-in time (3 pm), are you able to stow your bags somewhere at the resort so you can go to the parks right away, or will we have to wait at the resort with our bags until check-in time?

    Hi Katie!
    Welcome to planDisney.

We all love to squeeze every moment out of our vacation, so I'm happy to say that if you arrive at your Disney Resort hotel before your room is ready, you can leave your bags with Bell Services, and you can either collect your luggage from Bell Services yourself when you are ready to check-in or call them from your room. You will need to be present in your hotel room when they deliver your luggage.  However early you arrive, it's always worth checking if your room is ready - you never know, it might be ready super early for you.  If you use online check-in, you will be sent a text or email (whichever is your preferred communication) when your room is ready, so you can go off and enjoy your day until it's time to unpack and settle in for your vacation.

The same applies on your last day.  Just stop by Bell Services after you have checked out of your hotel room, and ask them to store your luggage for you.  This facility to leave my luggage safely and securely is something I have often used before it's time to go home.

Please come back and visit us if you have any further questions, and you can send me a direct question if you wish.  We will be happy to help you plan your magical vacation, and keep your eye on the Disney Parks Blog for all the latest official news about events that may be happening during your stay.
