Mom and Daughter at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort Room

    When we arrive to our resort to check in, can we get our Magic Bands activated and head straight to a park even if our room is not ready? We will be driving down to Florida and should get there around 1 PM on a Sunday.

    It sounds like you are ready to begin your magical adventure as soon as you arrive at Walt Disney World Resort! I feel the same way and like to head straight to a theme park within a few hours of arrival. 

    One of the advantages of Online Resort Check-In is that you can begin the check-in process beginning 60 days before your vacation. It is so convenient to provide the information that I would typically give at the Front Desk, like a credit card for charging privileges or making room requests, at my convenience online. Once you arrive at your Disney Resort hotel, you will go to an expedited line for those who completed online check-in where you will get your Welcome Folder and MagicBands, if they were not delivered to your home. Have no fear if your resort room is not ready, as Bell Services can store your luggage until you return later in the day. You will then be prepared to proceed to the theme park of your choice!
