If we arrive prior to the checkin time, will we be able to leave our luggage at the resort until the room is available so that we can enjoy the parks?

Welcome to planDisney, Keri! We're thrilled you stopped by to ask us your question.

Oh, Keri, you are speaking my language! Arriving early to squeeze in every magical moment is exactly the way to do it.

Great news! If you arrive at your Disney Resorts before your room is ready, Bell Services will happily store your luggage for you while you head off to enjoy the parks, explore your resort, or grab a bite to eat. Just drop your bags off at the Bell Services desk when you arrive, and they'll take care of the rest. If you have any items that need to stay cool (like medications or snacks), they can store those in a refrigerated area as well.

Once your room is available, you can either swing by Bell Services to grab your bags or request luggage delivery to your room when you're back—just note that you’ll need to be present for delivery.

Pro tip: If you haven’t already, use Online Check-In in the My Disney Experience app so you’ll get a notification as soon as your room is ready. That way, you can head straight to your room after a magical day without stopping at the front desk!

Wishing you a pixie-dusted arrival and an unforgettable trip! Let me know if you need any more tips. I’m always happy to help sprinkle a little extra magic.
