    Hi we arrive at port orleans FQ on saturday and it says I can check in on line when I try to though it wont let me I have booked through travel agent in the UK would this be the reason why I cant do online check in thankyou for your help

    Hi there Joanne, 

    You should be able to check-in online regardless of whether you booked through a travel agent or whether you booked directly through the Walt Disney Travel Company.  You may wanna check with your agent to ensure that you have the correct Walt Disney Travel Company Confirmation number.  This confirmation will be a combination of 8 letters or numbers or 12 numbers.

    You may want to try logging out of your My Disney Experience account and relogging in before attempting to link your reservation again! The site has recently undergone a major makeover and their have been a few known technical issues.  If this doesn't help, you can call technical support at (407) 939-4357.  They will be able to assist you in completing your online check-in.
