We will arrive at PO-R ~5PM. MK is only open until 8PM on the day of arrival. How long can you linger along Main Street after the park closes? Also, we will only be able to attend MVMCP 11/9. How far in advance do I need to purchase tix? Thanks again!

    Hi Carolyn,

The retail shops on Main Street, U.S.A. in the Magic Kingdom are traditionally open for about 1 hour after Park Closing time, so you are welcome to "linger" and shop and explore that area during that time.

Tickets for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party went on sale May 1st.  You can get a discount on the ticket price if you purchase in advance.  Since November 9th is the very first one of the 2012 season, I recommend you go ahead and purchase your tickets for this event as soon as you can!

I hope you all have a wonderful time celebrating the season at Walt Disney World!
