August is just around the corner!!!!! I know your family is getting so excited about your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation!

My recommendation would be to call 407-W-DISNEY and talk to a Cast Member about your specific request. While your request can not be guaranteed by the Cast Member, it will be noted in your reservation to let Disney's Port Orleans Riverside Resort know what you would like before you arrive.

Another idea is to upgrade to a Preferred Room. This will ensure that your Disney resort room will be near the pool, resort restaurants/lobby, and Disney transportation.
