We arrive at the Polynesian on Sunday for four days with our three girls - ages 4,2 and 2. Is there a particularly section of the hotel that we should request for our room, given the ages of our girls. We are looking for convenience and good views!

Hi again Carrie! Sorry for the last answer! Can you tell I have kids too? They can some times be distracting while I'm answering questions for guests. Here we go again! Take two! Disney's Polynesian Resort is a fantastic resort choice for your family's vacation stay. This resort located in the Magic Kingdom area offers the added convenience of having monorail access and ferry service to Magic Kingdom. Resort rooms are located in longhouses arranged around eleven "islands" of Polynesia. Take a look at the resort map here. The Great Ceremonial House contains restaurants, gift shops, arcade, and is also home to the monorail station. Longhouses closest to the Great Ceremonial House are Tonga, Fiji, Samoa, Niue, and Rarotonga. Rooms in these longhouses offer views of inner gardens, a small marina, or the Nanea Volcano Pool. If you plan on spending some time at the pool, I would recommend asking for a first-floor room on the Nanea Volcano Pool side of Samoa. If you are willing to pay extra, you may specifically request a Lagoon- or Magic Kingdom View Room. The best views are in the second or third floors of the Tahiti longhouse. Alternatively, make a request for the third floor in the Tuvalu longhouse. If you are willing upgrade to a Concierge Room ask for a first or third floor room in Hawaii. Please keep in mind that room requests are not guaranteed. However, Cast Members will try to accommodate your preferences based on resort occupancy and other factors taking place during your arrival time. Please let me know if I can be of further assistance. Here's wishing you a memorable vacation at the Walt Disney World Resort!
