Hello there! Welcome to planDisney, Bronwen! We are so glad you’re here.
How excited are you to have booked a visit to
Walt Disney World Resort? You are in for such a treat, Bronwen! Speaking of treats, did you know that your visit lines up with the
2022 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival? How lucky is that? It's my absolute favorite event at Walt Disney World and, in my opinion, is an absolute must-do! The Global Marketplaces throughout EPCOT offer delicious cuisine from all over the world. There are sure to be some items you have never tried before that I promise will blow you away! Be sure to keep an eye on
Disney Parks Blogs for updates on the festival, including their handy Foodie Guide, which breaks down the menu offerings at each of the outdoor kitchens. It’s definitely worth a look before you head off on your vacation!
Now, let’s get to your question! As you mentioned, a
Park Pass Reservation is required for the first park you plan to visit each day. Then, if you have added the
Park Hopper Option to your tickets, you can hop over to another park starting at 2 p.m. each day. As long as you physically enter the park you have reserved, even after 2 p.m., you can absolutely hop over to another park that same afternoon with your Park Hopper ticket. In fact, this is something I do on many visits to Walt Disney World. There is SO much to enjoy outside of the parks, so I often spend the first half of my day enjoying the pool at my
Disney Resorts Collection hotel. Then, I head over to my first park at around 3 p.m. and hop on over to a different park to grab a bite for dinner and dessert to finish out the day. So, this is a perfect plan, Bronwen!
I do hope this answer has been helpful to you! You are visiting during such a wonderful time with so much to do and see at Walt Disney World!
