We arrive in Orlando late at night, we're not staying in Disney resort. The first day we're going to Epcot and will start by Frozen. What time should we arrive to pick up tickets at will call kiosk and be on time at the gate?

Hello, Oksana! It’s great to see you back at the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Thank you for bringing us your question!

It sounds like you have a great plan in place! The new Frozen Ever After attraction at Epcot is very popular. Arriving early and heading straight there is the smart way to go to avoid long wait times. I recommend arriving at least one hour before park opening. That should give you enough time to go through the bag check lines and will call to pick up your tickets without having to rush.

You have chosen a lovely time to visit Epcot! Right now, the 2017 Epcot® International Flower & Garden Festival is underway. A personal favorite, the Flower and Garden Festival features stunning landscaping all throughout the park, impressive topiaries of your favorite Disney characters, the Garden Rocks Concert Series, Outdoor Kitchens offering a variety of delicious dishes to try, and so much more! This beautiful and fun festival runs through May 29, 2017, and is included with your park admission.

Have you made your FastPass+ reservations yet? If you already purchased your tickets, by creating a My Disney Experience account, you can link them up and begin making those up to 30 days in advance. This is another great way to plan your day, save time, and enjoy even more attractions at the four theme parks!

I hope you enjoy Springtime at the Walt Disney World Resort during your visit. Have a magical time! Do come back and see us again soon.
