We arrive in Orlando for our Disney vacation May 1, 2014 at 11:30am, but check-in is not until 4:00pm. Any suggestions for what to do during that time gap? We have dinner reservations at 5:00pm in Downtown Disney, but don't want to haul our luggage with.

    Hi, Mindy!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thanks for your great question. I bet you’re looking forward to visiting Walt Disney World this spring!

If you arrive at your Walt Disney World Resort Hotel and check in before your room is ready, you are welcome to store your luggage with Bell Services. You can begin your magical vacation right away—there’s no need to wait to enjoy the theme parks or Downtown Disney! When you’re in your room and ready to receive your luggage later that day, simply call Bell Services to request that all of your items be brought to you.

I hope this information helps, Mindy, and that you have a wonderful time at The Most Magical Place on Earth! Please let me know if you have any other questions as you continue to plan your pixie-dusted vacation.

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
