We will arrive in Orlando days prior to our cruise sail date of 6/25/17 on the Dream. We will have a rental car to return on level 1 terminal A at MCO. We have paid for ground transport from MCO to Port Canaveral. Is the ground transport on level 1 also

    Ahoy, Lucretia!

Your summer sailing aboard the Disney Dream will be here before you know it! You'll be casting off for a spectacular vacation in the Bahamas including a visit to Disney Castaway Cay real soon. I know you are looking forward to it!

I don't know a lot about your travel plans, but I'm already thinking you get an A+ for arriving a day prior to your cruise (makes your embarkation day a lot less stressful) and utilizing Disney Cruise Line ground transportation to Port Canaveral. You'll enjoy the ease of transition from land to sea with your motorcoach ride to the port on the morning on your sailing. Disney Cruise Line will take care of every detail so your crew can just sit back and relax as y'all enjoy the entertaining ride to the ship.

When you drop off your rental car on Side A, Level 1,  you will need to head back up to Level 3 to cross over to Side B. The good news is that it is only 525 feet across! You'll head back down to Level 1 on Side B and look for the Disney Cruise Line representatives to check you in. (You'll see them near Disney's Magical Express.) Transportation to the port typically begins running around 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. And don't forget to tag your luggage before you place it under the motorcoach so it will be delivered directly to your stateroom for you.

Lucretia, enjoy counting down the days until your Disney Cruise vacation! We hope you'll keep us posted if you have any additional cruise questions. We are always happy to help!
