We arrive at Orlando on 3rd of August… a party of 13 people, how many people can link their tickets together on the Disney app ? Thank you

Welcome to planDisney Dineshkumar! With mere days left until your epic Disney adventure, let's get straight to your answer.

On the My Disney Experience App, there is no limit to the number of Friends & Family you can add. I suggest all adults in your party set up their own My Disney Experience accounts and assign specific adults to manage plans for any kids. You can then link everyone’s plans through your Family & Friends list. To invite someone to connect with you, sign in to My Disney Experience and view or modify your Family & Friends list. Each Guest will receive an email to accept or decline your invitation. Once they accept, you will see their name in your Family & Friends list, allowing you to share holiday planning activities.

Although there is currently no maximum number of people you can be linked with on your My Disney Experience account, you may find it easier to gain certain reservations by splitting into smaller groups. For example, if you plan on dining at table-service restaurants, it may be easier to make two reservations that are 15 minutes apart. You could always have a polite word with the hostess upon check-in to see if your tables can be close together. No guarantees, but it doesn't hurt to ask.

Another example is if you are trying to join a Virtual Queue such as Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind (this ride is worth its hype). Again, it may be easier to split up the group with different Guests from your party attempting to secure a spot altogether!

You may also be interested in the new Lightning Lane Single Pass. Once in the US, Disney Resort hotel Guests can purchase passes up to 7 days in advance, while other Guests can buy them up to 3 days before their park visit. It's often easier to coordinate this in smaller groups. Aim to book around the same time to get return times close to each other. Even if there's a slight difference between the boarding groups, you may be able to board and enjoy the ride together.

I hope this information helps today and that you and your fellow Guests enjoy a magical time at Walt Disney World, Dineshkumar! We're always here to help at planDisney should you need anything further.

    Magic always,

    Louise
