    We arrive 8/17 nite time and are starting our Disney vacation in Downtown. At the moment can't get reservations for the T-Rex restaurant. Do tables sometimes open up? 2 adults and 15, 13 and 11 year old. Thanks

    Hi Anne!

          My son and I have walked up to T-Rex in Downtown Disney without a dinning reservation and have gotten seated without waiting too long. We had a great time eating there! My advice to you would be go at times that are not traditional meal times like after lunch 1:00 to 4:00 pm or a later dinner after 8:00 pm. Typically these times are less crowded and you may be able to walk up and get in without a long wait. I also would recommend that you keep trying online and on the phone to try to get a Advanced Dining Reservation at T-Rex. People cancel their dining reservations all the time and you might be fortunate to get a reservation that way.
