I will arrive at the MCO at 11 am and I must take the Disney Magical Express, but the other part of my group that is in my reservation will arrive at 7pm. How can I make the reservation so they can go to the Disney Magical Express? I cant change it online

Hello Maria Isabel, and thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with a great question.

You must be so excited to visit the Walt Disney World Resort in just a few days!! I am sure that you are finalizing your schedule and packing those essential last minute items right now. Disney’s Magical Express is the best way to start a vacation. You can tag your luggage at your point of departure and enjoy a luxurious ride on a motorcoach to your Disney Resort Hotel. Magical Express runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so the other members of your party will not have a problem getting to their resort.

However, if you made your reservations through a travel agent or tour operator, you will want to have them contact Disney’s Magical Express with the updated information for the other part of your group included on your reservation. If you received luggage tags for them and their travel information documents, they will still be able to board the motorcoach. Just be sure to have them confirm their return flight information when they check-in with the Cast Member at the Magical Express Welcome Center. If your travel agent is unable to get in touch with Magical Express before you depart, you can always advise the Cast Member who check you in when you arrive with the flight information for the rest of your party. Have a wonderful trip.

    See ya real soon,
