    We arrive June 16 and I was able to do online check-in for our family, I have also book the trip for my parents, and do not see where I can do online check-in for them? thanks

    Hello, Traci!  Welcome to the Moms Panel!

    Yes!  Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is just around the corner.  You and your family must be thrilled that you are about to be submersed in all the MAGIC that comes with a WDW vacation!    We better get started.

    I love the online check-in that WDW offers.  I am glad to hear that you were able to complete your online check-in for your family.  As Disney continues to improve their sites, there are glitches that come up.    I would highly recommend calling (407)939-4357 (Web Site Support) and a Cast Member will be more than happy to walk you through the process.  You will find them most helpful.
