    We arrive on July 11th for 3:00 pm check in at the Yacht Club with reservations at Chef Mickey's at 6:45 and the Pirate Firework Boat at 8:45. What is the best way to get there and get back to the Yacht Club? I wasn't sure if buses would run that late. tha

    Hello, Deidre,

    What a great first day you have planned!  To get from Disney's Yacht Club Resort to Disney's Contemporary Resort (where Chef Mickey's is located), you can take a bus to the Magic Kingdom.  Once you arrive at the Magic Kingdom, you can either take the resort monorail over to Disney's Contemporary Resort or walk, as it is a short walk. Since the Pirates & Pals Fireworks Voyage begins its adventure also at Disney's Contemporary Resort, it will be very easy to go from dinner to the voyage. Once it has finished, you just need to return to the Magic Kingdom by taking the resort monorail or by walking and then catch a bus back to Disney's Yacht Club. Since the Magic Kingdom is open until 1:00 am on July 11th, buses will be running late that day.

    If you find yourself in a pinch for time, you can also take a taxi from resort to resort, too. Often there are available taxis out front at the resorts, or Bell Services can assist you with getting one.
