Paul from MI Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

We arrive January 31st, 2022, Due to recent issues with the airlines, What happens to our Disney resort and ticket reservations if our flight gets cancelled?

Hello there, Paul! Welcome to planDisney, where seasoned Guests (like myself!) love helping other fellow Guests (like yourself!) plan Disney vacations that are practically perfect in every way.

I'm ecstatic to see that you will be arriving here at the Walt Disney World Resort VERY soon! This is, in my opinion, one of the best times of year to visit your favorite Disney pals. Did you know that the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts will be in full swing by the time you get here? For the duration of this awe-inspiring festival, you and your family will be able to indulge in creative and delicious special treats, purchase one-of-a-kind artwork pieces and experience wonderful limited-time shows and entertainment offerings. How delightful!

Now, Paul, it is certainly no secret that the current state of the World is quite erratic, but I'm here to help ease your mind! If you, for any reason, have to cancel your resort reservations 2 to 29 days prior to your arrival, you will get a full refund minus a $200 cancellation fee, but keep in mind that any cancellations made 1 day or less prior to your arrival will count as a no-show and no refunds will apply. That being said, I do encourage you to read over the Package Terms and Conditions or speak with a friendly Cast Member at (407) 934-7639.

As far as admission tickets go, do not fret, my friend! You will still be able to use those in the future. The only thing you have to do is log into your My Disney Experience app and click on the three lines at the bottom right corner. Once here, select Tickets and Passes, pick the ticket you would like to change the dates for and click on Change Ticket. Once you've done that, click on Valid Ticket Dates, and pick the first day you would like to use your tickets in the future. It really is that simple! On that note, it's quite important that I remind you of a few things, Paul. You will only be able to change your ticket dates until midnight EST on the day prior to your first original date.

Paul, thank you so much for stopping by with your question. I'm sending tons of pixie dust your way!

    Until next time,
