When we arrive on the first day of our vacation we would like to do one of the parks that day. Do we have to wait until actual check-in time at our resort or, can we retrieve our tickets from the hotel and head on to one of the parks?

    Hi Shelly!

You can check-in to a resort right away!  You don't have to wait until the official check-in time unless you want  to go directly to your room (and even then you might have to wait).

If you room is not ready when you check-in, just leave your luggage with Bell Services and head off to the theme parks!  You can leave your number when you check-in and the resort can call you or send you a text message when your room is ready; you can also get a number that you can call to see if your room is ready.

    Have a magical vacation!
