We arrive on Easter so ordering Easter basket from Disney Floral & Gifts for my 5 yr old Gdaughter. If our room is not assigned until we ck in how will the gifts already be in the room? I want it to be as tho Easter bunny came - not waiting @ front des

Hello Laura, thank you for visiting us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  I love giving and receiving goodies from Disney's Floral and Gifts.  It is so much fun!

I took this directly off of the Frequently Asked Questions page of the Disney Floral and Gift Website: "The resort team delivers to your room between the hours of 9am to 9pm. Please note: for delivery on your arrival date, since your room is not pre-assigned, the gift will be delivered after your arrival."

I have a couple of suggestions on how this could still work.  One would be to keep her out of the room until the gift basket has arrived.  This could be easy or difficult depending on what your plans are for the day. Explore the resort grounds with her while someone else drops your stuff off in the room and then go about with your plans for the day.  If you all must go to the room before your other plans, then she will be surprised by the Easter Bunny when she returns for the night.  I think either way, she will be so excited to have something in her room - how it happens wont matter as much.

If you have any other questions, I'd love for you to come back and ask.  Have a great day!

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
