We’re going to arrive early what’s the earliest time we can check in?

    Hi Nancy! Welcome to planDisney!

Oh my goodness! Your Walt Disney World Resort vacation begins in just a few HOURS! Yay! I'm so happy to hear that you are staying at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel for your visit. I love relaxing by the pool or simply walking around my resort because the "magic" of Disney is all around with the unique themes that are found at each Disney Resort hotel. You will have a blast!

For most Disney Resorts, check-in time is officially 3:00 PM. The exception is for Disney Deluxe Villas where the check-in time is 4:00 PM. However, thanks to Online Check-In, I have been notified as early as 9:30 AM that my room was ready! This has happened less frequently due to the additional housekeeping measures in place for safety reasons, but you can always stop by the Front Desk when you arrive and see if your room is ready for you.

If you find that your room isn't ready yet, no worries! Bell Services will be happy to hold your luggage while you go and explore the Most Magical Place on Earth. I usually use this service on my arrival and departure days so I can get in as much time at my happy place as possible!

I hope you have the BEST vacation, Nancy! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
