I arrive at Disney World with my sons aged 7 & 9 on 22 Sep & we have a 5 day pass. Our first day will be a half day due to our arrival flight. Which park would you advise we go to on our first day? Magic Kingdom closes at 6pm on that day I think.

    Hi Charleen!

Congratulations on your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation! Your dates are right around the corner and I know that you are all excited.

If you would like to spend a half-day at one of the theme parks, I would probably recommend visiting Epcot, so that you and your boys can experience attractions like Soarin’ Around the World, Spaceship Earth and Test Track in addition to exploring the different countries while you take a leisurely stroll to enjoy the sights. Also, do not forget to experience some of the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival events and stay for one of the last presentations of IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth.

    Have a magical vacation!
