We arrive to Disney on June 17. I was wondering if we could add a couple more park days to our stay?

Howdy, Ashley! Welcome to planDisney. We’re so glad you’re here.

Can you believe that your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is less than two short weeks away? I bet you have been looking forward to this for so long, so you must be so excited! I know I spend those last few days before a visit picking out my park attire, getting those final plans buttoned up, and getting hyped up for the magic to come! So, I'm so happy to be able to help answer any last-minute questions you have before you set off on your fabulous adventure!

With so much to do and see at Walt Disney World these days, I never feel like I’ve had enough time to take in all the magic. So, I’m thrilled to hear you’re thinking of extending your visit to spend a few more days in the parks. What a fabulous idea, Ashley! So, with that, I have great news to share! You can absolutely add extra days to your theme park tickets right from your My Disney Experience account. You will just need to do so before the original start date of your ticket. To get started, just follow these simple steps:

    • Log into your My Disney Experience account from the Walt Disney World website.
    • Hover over the My Disney Experience logo in the upper right corner and select "My Plans" from the drop-down menu.
    • From there, scroll down until you see the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section and click on "Tickets & Memory Maker."
    • Once loaded, you should see a blue link to "Change Ticket." Click on that, and select the tickets you would like to modify.
    • Finally, you can edit the number of days and start date of your ticket. Follow the prompts to finalize your modification, check out, and you are all set!

If you do not see the “Change ticket” option, there is no need to panic! That just means you’ll need to make the changes to your ticket over the phone with the help of the Existing Tickets Team. You can reach them by calling 407 934-7639.

I am just so excited for you to visit Walt Disney World. You've got such an incredible adventure ahead of you, especially since you will be visiting during The Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration! If you do nothing else, make sure you check out my favorite part of the celebration, the incredible nighttime show, Disney Enchantment, at Magic Kingdom Park. This fireworks spectacular is really special and is the perfect way to end your magical day in the parks! Make sure you keep an eye on the My Disney Experience App for showtimes during your visit.

    Have a magical vacation!
