Hi, we arrive to Disney in Florida late afternoon and do not have tickets for that evening. I am wondering if there is a good family friendly place to enjoy either illumination at Epcot or the fireworks at the Magic Kingdom

Hello Marie!  Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  Illuminations: Reflections of Earth, which occurs at Epcot every night at 9 pm can sort of be seen from Disney's Beach Club Resort - I say sort of, because most of the fireworks are lower and the view can be obscured by buildings and trees.  A better bet would be to head to Disney's Polynesian Resort and view the Wishes fireworks from the beach there. That location provides you with a great view and they even have the music piped in through speakers. Just check the park times guide when you arrive at your resort to find out what time Wishes will be happening that day.  Allow yourselves at least an hour of travel time using Disney transportation to ensure you get there before it starts!

I hope you enjoy the fireworks and have a very magical Walt Disney World vacation.  Please ask me if you have any more questions while planning - It would be my pleasure to answer them.
