    We arrive in 9 days !!!!!!!!!!! We are staying at the Grand Floridian club level and wanted to know if they ever do free upgrades ?

    Hi, Jane!

    You are going to love the Grand Floridian!  Such a lovely resort with great views of Magic Kingdom, Seven Seas Lagoon, and nearby resort hotels.

    Room upgrades do happen occasionally, but they are few and far between.  More often than not, resorts are booked to capacity, so upgrades just are not very common.  If your heart is set on a specific room type or view, you are best to just book what you want to ensure your first choice.

    That said, it never hurts to ask!  Be polite, and be understanding if they have no upgrades available.  You are already staying at an amazing resort, so regardless of your room, you are sure to have a magical vacation!  Enjoy!
