    I arrive in 48 days and I got a reminder today on my account to do online check in. I always thought it wasnt available until 10 days prior is it a glitch or have they changed the policy? I tried to do it and it worked but it won't accept special requests.

    Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel. Online check-in usually can not be done until 10 days before. In my opinion, it is hard to add a special request when doing online check-in. My recommendation is to call Disney directly and get a special request tied to your reservation. I also think that if a special request is really important that you don't do online check-in. Online check-in reduces your ability to greatly interact with a Disney Cast Memeber.  Good luck and please write back with more questions.
