    1) can you arrive before check in time, leave your bags at bell services and enjoy the pool and amenities at the hotel even though you haven't received your room yet?

Hey there, April, and welcome to planDisney! One reason I love Walt Disney World Vacations is that they start the moment you enter the coveted “bubble”. And nothing screams vacation like catching some rays next to the pool on a sunny day!

April, you can definitely spend your arrival date relaxing poolside at your Disney Resorts Collection hotel. You can use that time by the pool mapping out all of the Disney Snack stops you are going to make during your visit to the Parks. Once you arrive at your Resort Hotel, a Front Desk Cast Member will greet you and complete your check-in procedures. You never know what surprises lie ahead because your hotel room may be ready for you to occupy earlier than expected! If so, you are free to head up to your hotel to change into your pool attire. But if your hotel room needs a little more time perfecting itself, you can drop your bags at Bell Services and head to the resort pool. I recommend packing your poolside essentials in your carry-on luggage or backpack so that you don’t have to dig through your luggage in the middle of the resort lobby. You will receive a notification through your My Disney Experience mobile app once your room is ready!

I hope this helps, April! Let me know if you have more questions while planning your vacation.

You’ve got a friend in me,
