If we arrive before check in and have stuff that needs to be stored in a fridge is that possible? We will be there 3/15-20. Thanks

    Hi Lisa,

Your vacation is just around the corner.  How exciting! If your room is not quite ready for you upon arrival, you are able to give your luggage and other items to Bell Services to hold until it is.  They usually have access to a refrigerator, so it should not be a problem to keep your items cold.  Once check-in is complete and you are in your room, you can simply call Bell Services and they will bring you your items.

Have a wonderful vacation and please let us know if there is anything else we may assist you with!

    Magical Wishes,

Hi-ya, Pals! I'm Lauren, a wife and mother of three who's enjoyed many special occasions at Walt Disney World Resort with my family and friends. From graduations to birthdays, and even our Fairy Tale Honeymoon we’ve loved celebrating at the most Magical Place on Earth. I now have pre-teens who check wait times in the My Disney Experience App just for fun, so I look for any excuse to return "home" often and would love to help you plan a little extra Pixie Dust for your next magical adventure.
