    Hi ~ We arrive at Bay Lake Tower @ noon on 2/24, we will have frozen and refrigerated items. My son has PKU (metabolic disorder) and needs these special foods. Since it is before check-in, what can we do to refrigerate/freeze these foods? ~

    Hi Michael,

    You must be getting excited - your vacation is coming up so soon!  My family and I really love Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort.  The theme is so sleek and modern, and the ability to walk to Magic Kingdom is wonderful.

    The cast members at Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort will help you with your cold items when you check in.  If you find that your villa is not yet ready, you can leave your luggage, including your groceries, with Bell Services while you explore Walt Disney World.  Bell Services does have the ability to keep your groceries cold.  My family and I have checked in to Walt Disney World resorts many times following a grocery trip, and Bell Services have been able to keep our groceries cold for us.
