    We arrive from Australia on Jan 2! My travel agent advised me that we were booked in for ground transport from the airport. When i log in is says, im not registered? We did not receive any luggage tags? Will we still be able to use the ground transport?

    Hi, Brooke! Yes, you will still be able to use Disney's Magical Express Service to your Walt Disney World Resort.  When you arrive at Orlando International, follow the signs toward Disney's Magical Express, and visit the Guest Services Counter there.  All they will need is your name, identification, and your Disney reservation number.  On my last trip, I had not booked the Magical Express because I was supposed to share a rental car with friends.  When my flight was three and half hours delayed, I had to take the Magical Express.  The Cast Members were extremely helpful, and it only took a couple of minutes to get me on my way.  Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
