Laura from West Yorkshire Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

I arrive in August, staying at a Disney hotel. I have linked my hotel and ticket package and the booking shows in the app under ‘my hotel booking’. I’m wanting to book the reserved area for the fireworks but it is saying I can only do it 7 days in advance.

    Bonjour!

Welcome to planDisney, Laura! Thank you for visiting us with another of your questions about your trip to Disneyland Paris this summer! It will be here before you know it, so it is a great idea to firm up your plan for your trip. I have just gotten home from my most recent trip to Disneyland Paris, and it was as magical as ever!

Bookings can currently be made for preferred viewing of the nighttime spectacular at Disneyland Park, Disney Tales of Magic, through to September. Bookings can only be made by Guests who have booked directly through Disneyland Paris. This does not include Disneyholidays.co.uk, which is operated by The Walt Disney Travel Company International. All other Guests can book this experience 7 days out via the Disneyland Paris app, where availability allows.

Laura, if you booked directly through Disneyland Paris and are unable to add the experience on the Disneyland Paris app or through your account on the Disneyland Paris website, please reach out to a Cast Member through the online chat function.

The Disney Tales of Magic show was truly spectacular, I am so happy to have now seen it in person, and managed to avoid all spoilers online. Can I let you in on a secret? I have never booked preferred viewing for a nighttime spectacular. My advice, if you are unsuccessful securing a reservation, is to head to the Boardwalk Candy Palace and grab some snacks and a coffee (the macarons are delicious!) and find a space in the hub to watch the show at least an hour ahead of the show, be mindful no trees or lamposts are obstructing your view.

I hope this helps answer your question, Laura, and I wish you all the luck in the (Disney) world that you are able to grab some reservations. If you have any further questions, please reach out to me. I'd love to help!

    See ya real soon!
