arrive 12/14/12 at ASM for 1 week! My 4 yr old granddaughter has gluten intolerance- we have deluxe dining...most child menus consist of pizza, pasta, chix nuggets. plan on emailing special diets @ DW but wondering if there are real options for snacks..

    Hi Kimberly!

    This is a great question!

It is relatively easy to find healthy snacks throughout Walt Disney World.  This wasn't always the case, but it has been the case for several years now.  It is much easier to find healthy snacks than healthy meals in my opinion.  There are fruits and certain vegetables for sale in food carts throughout the parks.  Just ask a Disney Cast Member at any food cart if you don't see anything healthy and he or she can point you in the direction of healthier choices.

I hope this helps!  Please write back if you have any more questions!
