    We arrive at AOA on 10/21 and have Memory Maker in our package. Been getting emails from MM this week saying "we're glad you're finally here." Is our MM window messed up somehow? Anyone else having this problem?

    Hi Jessica! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

    Your stay at Disney's Art of Animation Resort begins tomorrow and I know you must be thrilled! I adore this Disney Resort hotel's theme, especially how the story of animation begins as soon as you walk into the lobby. Make sure you save some time for exploring all the different areas of the resort ... there are some really great photo opportunities!

    Most likely, the Memory Maker emails are just a little off on their timeline. Your advance purchase of Memory Maker shouldn't start until you activate it once your first PhotoPass photos are taken. In my experience, I have opened the My Disney Experience mobile app on my phone to see our pictures and the Disney PhotoPass watermark was still there until I clicked on the picture and chose to activate Memory Maker. That's when the watermark disappeared and Memory Maker began.

    For peace of mind, you can visit the Front Desk at your Disney Resort hotel or any of the Disney PhotoPass Centers in the theme parks and ask about the emails. Then a Cast Member can check and make sure everything is still good-to-go!
