We arrive at Animal Kingdom first, then hopping to Epcot until close. Will the hopper transportation still take us back to Animal Kingdom to our car, even though they will be closed by then? Or is it better to just drive ourselves to Epcot? TY! :)

Hi Jennifer!

In just a few days, you will be in Walt Disney World ready to conquer Expedition Everest, safari through the African bush, and explore Pandora-The World of Avatar!

Buses run for about an hour after a park closes. The week of your stay Disney's Animal Kingdom closes at 8:00 pm, so buses will no longer be traveling to Animal Kingdom by the time Epcot closes at 10:00 pm. Definitely take your car; it's an easy 15 minute drive between the two parks. Once you pay for parking at your first park of the day, it's good for any park the entire day. You will not need to pay for parking at Epcot.

An October evening in Epcot will be practically perfect. You can catch the shiny new nighttime spectacular Harmonious, stroll among the food booths at the Epcot International Food and Wine Festival, and see the new glimmering Beacon of Light effect on Spaceship Earth.
