    we arrive 12/4, we have an 8:10 am adr at the crystal palace on 12/5 and plan to spend the day in the magic kingdom...now i'm reading about filming of the christmas parade, guest stars, special tix, etc. on 12/5...are we going to be allowed into the park

    Hi Joanna,

    No worries!  Although things may be a little "out of sorts" in the Magic Kingdom on Saturday, you should have no problem getting into the park.  There were opportunities for guests that were going to be in the area to request a pass to be a part of the audience during the taping of the parade, so that could be the ticket you read about.  

    Since the filming will be going on this day, I suggest that once you've finished your meal you head straight for Adventureland in an effort to avoid the entire Main Street/Hub area of the park.  You can then work your way around the park through the five "lands" rather than crisscross through the parade obstacles in the center of the park.
