hello, our arrival at WDW is 11 March. we are staying at beach resort and currently signed up for the magical express and luggage service. I was considering a Minnie Van transport instead, if I chose that would our bags still deliver via luggage service?

Hi Carrie!  Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I’m sure you are getting very excited about your upcoming stay at Disney's Beach Club Resort!  This beautiful resort is in an excellent location, with easy access to both Disney’s Hollywood Studios and EPCOT, where you'll be able to enjoy the 2020 EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival.  Check out these amazing dishes at the Outdoor Kitchens!  I can’t wait to sample my way around the festival on my next visit.

With your Walt Disney World Resort visit coming up this week, I'm sure you want to get all the logistics of your trip into place.  Traveling from Orlando International Airport with Disney’s Minnie Van service would be a fun way to kick off your vacation, as a Disney Cast Member whisks you directly to your hotel in an adorable polka-dotted vehicle.  Luggage delivery service to your Disney Resort Hotel room is offered as part of, but not separately from, Disney’s Magical Express complimentary airport transportation.  If you choose to reserve a Minnie Van instead of utilizing Disney’s Magical Express airport transportation, Disney’s Magical Express is unable to transport your bags separately.  You would need to claim your luggage at the airport and bring it with you to the Minnie Van.  Each airport Minnie Van can accommodate up to 6 medium-sized suitcases and includes up to three child safety seats.  Once you arrive at your Disney Resort Hotel, Bell Services can assist you with getting your luggage to your room.

For your departure, Guests flying participating airlines may check their luggage through to the airport right at their Disney Resort Hotel at the Resort Airline Check-In desk.  This service works almost exactly like curbside check-in at the airport, except the curb is right at your resort!  Guests do not need a reservation with Disney's Magical Express to use Resort Airline Check-In.

Please let us know if you have any additional questions as you prepare for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation.  We are always happy to help.  Have a wonderful stay!
