    So what if we arrival at resort before or after the check in time I put online?

    Hi Jennifer,

    Thanks so much for your question! The time of arrival used during online check in is simply an estimate. It will not effect your ability to check in to the resort. Rooms are not guarenteed to be ready before 4pm, but you can still check in before that time. If your room is not ready, you can simply leave your luggage with Bell Services and head to the parks or resort pool. You can sign up to receive a text notification when you room is ready, if you wish.
