On Arrival afternoon, plan to do monorail trip stopping at Contemporary for dinner. It looks like Contempo Cafe is casual with no reservation required. However I see no Gluten Free menu for kids + 1 adult. Does any restaurant there have GF options?

    Hi Bobbi!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. In general, you will find that all of the quick service and table service restaurants at Walt Disney World Resort will be able to accommodate gluten-free meals for both adults and kids and have allergy-friendly menus that will help you order safe meals. In the past, allergy-friendly menus have not been posted to restaurant online menus and while they are currently being added to the online menus, they are not all posted. I have successfully been able to accommodate my son's food allergies over several trips throughout Walt Disney World Resort, including at all of the restaurants in Disney's Contemporary Resort. So you can expect that Contempo Café, Chef Mickey's, The Wave... of American Flavors and California Grill can all accommodate gluten-free adult and kids' meals.

If you plan on dining at Contempo Café, simply let one of the Cast Members know that you will be ordering a gluten-free meal and they will be able to provide you with an allergy-friendly menu. For any of the restaurants requiring a reservation, be sure to include your Special Dietary Request on your reservation when you book your reservation or by calling (407) 939-1947 and you will receive an allergy-friendly menu when you arrive.
