It's great to see you here today at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Dawn!
It sounds like you have a bit of a tight schedule on the night you're arriving and I'm happy to help you navigate that. First of all, I recommend picking up your Will Call tickets at the
Disney Ticket Center at
Disney Springs because it will be open until 11 p.m. this Wednesday night and it's really easy to be dropped off and get picked up there. If you don't have that much luggage, I recommend going from the airport to Disney Springs so you can pick up your tickets and maybe grab something quick to eat before spending the rest of the evening enjoying the pool at your hotel. That way, you don't have to worry about ending your fun early and drying off so you can get to Disney Springs in time to pick up your tickets. If you have quite a few bags, have your rideshare driver drop you off at your hotel first so that you don't need to worry about carrying your luggage with you through Disney Springs. It shouldn't take very long at all to pick up your Will Call tickets, and that way you'll have them in your hand ready to go the next morning. In the unlikely event that your travel plans are delayed and you're not able to pick up your tickets the night you arrive, the Will Call ticket windows at the Theme Parks usually open about an hour before official opening time, so you do have the option to head there early to pick them up as well.
Have a magical day, Dawn!
