Hiya, Terri, and welcome to planDisney! It sounds like you're planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation with little ones, and you must be getting so excited! I'm so happy that you've stopped by with this great question. As a fellow mom, I know how much goes into preparing to visit the Most Magical Place on Earth. I'm here to tell you: you're doing great!
Terri, you'll be happy to know that you have a few options when it comes to
renting a stroller during your vacation. Disney's preferred provider is ScooterBug, a private mobility rental company. There are also other third-party options that you can find online. Many of these retailers will coordinate delivery and pickup with you based on your arrival and departure. Be sure your rental includes a rain cover that you can use during a blustery day.
You can also choose to rent a stroller when you get to the theme park. Located just inside the entrance of each park and Disney Springs, you'll find the stroller rental area. Choose a double or single stroller and use it all day - just drop it back off before exiting the park. If you choose to hop to another park, show your receipt and pick up another stroller there without having to pay again!
Be on the lookout for stroller parking while you're enjoying the Disney Theme Parks. This is a designated area where you'll park your stroller before heading to an attraction. While some Guests choose to leave their belongings in their stroller, I always like to have a small bag to bring with me in case a change or a snack is needed. This is also a good time to use a wearable baby carrier, if your little one is small enough to need one.
If you need any other essentials for your vacation, keep in mind that
AdventHealth offers convenient prescription delivery and medical equipment delivery. They're always standing by to help Guests in need! Knowing that my family will be taken care of if one of us has a healthcare need gives me so much peace of mind.
Lastly, check out these
guidelines for bringing a stroller to Walt Disney World Resort, and be sure to locate a
Baby Care Center if you should need to visit one. Baby Care Centers offer clean, cool facilities where you can feed, change, and relax with your little one. They also have a selection of items like diapers and formula in case you need them!
Terri, I hope this is helpful to you as you plan your vacation. Please stop by planDisney with any other questions you have! I'd be thrilled to help you!
See ya real soon!
