How do I arrange for a VIP tour?

Hiya there, Katie! Thanks for stopping by planDisney!

I see that you're headed to The Happiest Place on Earth in just a few months! Oh boy! Your trip will be here before you know it, so get that itinerary and must-do list ready for your vacation! It looks like you'd like to sprinkle a little extra pixie dust during your time at the Disneyland Resort. I'd be happy to guide your way!

Katie, to book a VIP Tour, you will need to call a VIP Tour Coordinator at (714) 300-7710. They will be happy to receive your phone call and help you maximize the magic during your tour. Keep in mind that VIP Tours offer one Tour Guide per ten Guests, including infants. These tours last a minimum of seven hours, but in that time, what you do is entirely up to you! Your Tour Guide will be right by your side to assist in creating a plan for the day that will help make as many of your dreams come true as possible!

When you call to book your VIP Tour, you should have a few things ready in your mind. First of all, you should consider the date and time of your tour, as well as the starting location. On my last VIP tour at the Disneyland Resort, we chose an early start time and a meeting point in the lobby of our Disneyland Resort Hotel. It was quick and easy to meet our Tour Guide and get started on the fun! You will also want to share the names and ages of all Guests you plan to have on your tour. This will help your Tour Guide prepare any recommendations in advance! Finally, if there is a special dining location you'd like to eat at during your tour, you can let them know during this call and they can work on making advance dining reservations ahead of time. If you're not quite sure, but think of something before the tour starts, let your Tour Guide know as soon as possible to give them a chance to work their magic!

I recommend letting your Tour Guide know all of your favorite things to do, must-do attractions or experiences and dining preferences once you meet up for the day. They can help you create a game plan to navigate the theme parks and squeeze in as many thrills as possible!

I hope this helps answer your question today, Katie!

    Have a magical day,
