Howdy Laurie!
Welcome to
planDisney! Thank you for sharing this great question with us!
In just a few days, you will be off to Neverland! Since your visit is so close, I recommend pre-registering your
Disability Access Service within the next couple of days. To pre-register via video chat, you must have completed your video chat within two days of your first theme park day visit! If you cannot meet your “
Request a Live Video Chat” within this time frame, you will be able to register for the Disability Access Service at Guest Relations. There is a Guest Relations located at the entrance of each theme park. I have placed a link in the highlighted area above so that you can have easy access to “Request a Live Video Chat!”
If you can complete your video chat with a Cast Member within the period, the Cast Member can arrange your first two attraction return times. If you end up waiting until you are at the theme parks, then the Cast Member in Guest Relations will be able to arrange your first return time after you are registered.
With the new
Disney Genie Service, you will be able to make return times from your
My Disney Experience mobile app. Once you have registered and are in the theme parks, after opening up your My Disney Experience, you will see the area for more options at the bottom of the page. After you click on this option, you will see the Disability Access Service button. This service will allow you to create your return times instead of going from attraction to attraction for return times!
Your vacation to Neverland is “Just Around the Riverbend!” If you have any more questions, please come back to planDisney! We look forward to helping you and any questions you may have about the Disability Access Service, Laurie!
See Ya Real Soon,
Tamela
